Initial Consultation

Prior to your first appointment with Mark Crossland, you may fill out a Client Intake Form or a Family Law Intake Form. These may be found under the Information tab on the Client Intake page, or by clicking on the names above. By filling these forms out before your first meeting with Mark Crossland, you will save time and allow us to familiarize ourselves with the details of your case. The forms may be emailed, faxed, or mailed; or, if you prefer, physically handed in to us on the day of your scheduled consultation

Please make sure to bring all appropriate documents to your initial consultation. This will allow us to be as efficient as possible, thus saving you time and money. The required documents are listed below:
